1.What this policy covers
This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage used on www.foxwork.ai. It sits alongside our privacy policy, which explains what we do with personal data more generally, and our terms of service.
A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. Some are needed for a page to work at all. Others measure how a site is used, or follow you between sites. We use none of the second kind.
2.Cookies we set
None. Loading any page on this site sets no cookie from foxwork.ai. There is no analytics, no visitor measurement, no advertising tag and no tracking pixel. Because nothing non-essential is stored, there is no consent banner for you to click through.
Three third parties are involved in serving this site. Two are called when a page loads, one only when you send the intake form. None of them is used to profile you, and they are described one by one below.
3.Google reCAPTCHA
Pages carrying the intake form load Google reCAPTCHA, which stops automated submissions from flooding the form. When it runs, Google sets its own cookies and reads device signals on Google's domain, not on ours.
We treat this as strictly necessary: it protects a form you asked to use, and without it the form would be unusable within days. We rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the service working, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Google's handling is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. If you would rather not load it, do not open a page with the form on it, and contact us by email instead: info@kitefox.com.
4.Google Fonts
Our typefaces are served from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. This sets no cookie, but the request itself reveals your IP address to Google, which is a transfer of personal data.
Nothing on the site depends on those fonts. If your browser blocks them, every page still renders and every link still works, in a fallback typeface.
5.Sending the intake form
When you press Request my intake call, and only then, your answers are posted to webto.salesforce.com, the platform that hosts our CRM. Salesforce may set operational cookies at that point to keep the submission coherent and to protect the form against abuse. They carry no marketing function.
What we then do with what you sent is covered by the privacy policy.
6.What we never do
- No advertising pixels, retargeting tags or conversion trackers on this site.
- No social network embeds. Social links, where present, are plain links.
- No device fingerprinting by canvas, fonts or any similar signal.
- No analytics, and therefore nothing to sell or share with anyone.
7.How to refuse
Since we store nothing of our own, there is no setting here to switch off. To refuse what the third parties above do, use your browser:
- Block or clear cookies for this site, and for google.com, in your browser settings.
- Use a private or incognito window, which discards cookies when you close it.
- Use a content blocker that stops third-party requests.
Blocking any of it does not stop you reading this site or contacting us. Only the intake form needs reCAPTCHA to work, and email reaches us just as well.
8.Changes
We update this policy when what the site loads changes. The date at the top always shows the current version. If we ever add analytics, this page will say so before it goes live, and we will ask for your consent first.
